Seat Pallets & Laminated Goods

GATCO’s Quick Change (QC) system allows an operator of an aircraft that has a main cargo door installed, to palletize the aircraft passenger seats on to our seat pallet system thus transforming the aircraft into a full freight or passenger aircraft. GATCO’s seat pallet systems are designed to mirror the aircraft floor allowing the operator to use the same passenger seats that are currently used in that aircraft. With GATCO’s system installed, converting from full passenger to freight mode can be achieved in as little as 30 minutes.

GATCO’s seat pallet design utilizes the latest in lightweight material that consist of aerospace aluminum frame material, aluminum honeycomb core and composite top and bottom skins that makes the pallet lighter, but at the same time, stronger. Once assembled, the seat pallet is bonded using our special heat press to complete the process.
